~~At this time, DURHAMS TACKLE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers on packages shipped via Priority Mail may take 1-2 business days from the date the package was shipped before they are activated. Standard delivery time for most orders is 3-6 business days from ship date. Ship date is within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

~~How will my order be shipped?
We primarily use USPS Priority Mail. But your order may also be delivered by standard UPS Ground Service at the discretion of DURHAMS TACKLE.You may receive multiple packages per order.
~~Ship to more than one address?
We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.
~~I only received part of my order?
We use a network of vendors for fulfillment. 98% of all orders are fulfilled at the DURHAMS TACKLE store, but it is not uncommon to have two or more packages for one order.
~~Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?
We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button. We apologize for any inconvenience.
~~Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. Plus, we will send you email updates as your order gets shipped. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidently typed at check out or misplaced in your spam filter. Please check any spam filters you have in place first and then feel free to email or call us.
~~How do I get a tracking number?
All available tracking numbers for your order will be emailed to you when order is shipped.
